A Relaxing and Therapeutic Massage.

Hot Stone Therapy

60 minutes: $95
90 minutes: $130

Hot Stone Therapy is a style of massage where smooth stones are heated and then lubricated with oil or essential oils, the heat helps to deepen relaxation and promote circulation in your muscles. Muscles that are heated with these stones release tension and stress much more deeply and quickly than with a traditional massage. Used as an extension of the therapist’s hands, the massage stones induce deep relaxation and provide a unique experience. Many find the overall experience is very relaxing, nurturing, and rejuvenating.

Visceral Manipulation

30 minutes: $50

"Viscera" relates to the internal organs of the body, such as the liver, kidneys and intestines. Visceral Manipulation is a gentle manual therapy that aids your body's ability to release restrictions and unhealthy compensations that cause pain and dysfunction. Visceral Manipulation, or VM, does not focus solely on the site of pain or dysfunction, but evaluates the entire body to find the source of the problem. The VM therapist feels for altered or decreased motion within the viscera, as well as restrictive patterns throughout the body and then applies VM techniques. VM therapy re-establishes the body's ability to adapt and restore itself to health.

Lymphatic Drainage

90 minutes: $115

Lymphatic Drainage is a very light massage that aims to gently and rhythmically move the lymph through the body, relieving pressure and enhancing the functioning of the immune system. As both a preventative and remedial technique, LD can be used for a wide range of purposes including faster recovery from injury, surgery & anesthesia; reduction of swelling & discomfort; and strengthened resistance to illness.

Reflexology

30 minutes: $40
60 minutes: $80

Reflexology is a type of bodywork that focuses on applying pressure to the specific nerve zones in your feet & hands. Unlike other foot massages that intend to mostly relieve tension in the feet themselves, reflexology is a far more in-depth science that aims to harmonize your entire body. According to reflexology, every part of the human body is mapped into your feet.

A Reflexology treatment results into a restoration of homoeostasis i.e., to say an internal equilibrium results. Organs and glands start working optimally and harmoniously after the reflexology treatment. Reflexology also relieves mental and physical stress. This is an important gain considering the fact that most disorders are the direct or indirect results of stress. Reflexology stimulates the body’s immune system, to support the body's ability to prevent or drive away disease.

Pregnancy Massage

60 minutes: $80

Pregnancy Massage is a style of bodywork designed specifically for pregnant women. Pregnancy is a time when a woman's body endures tremendous stress due to dramatic physical and emotional changes. Using various techniques specially developed for the expecting mother, massage helps release the pain and discomfort experienced throughout pregnancy. The benefits are profound, including emotional support, the relief of joint pain due to extra weight and postural imbalance, and improved breathing and relaxation.

M'lis Contouring Body Wrap

90 minutes: $100

The wrap acts upon all factors that cause body mis-shapping, including excess fluid, trapped waste, cellulite, & tissue weakness. Inch loss is just one of the benefits of this Wrap, other advantages include re-contouring, skin hydration & smoothing, the restoration of blood circulation, and the cleansing of body tissues for improved health. Please call or email about the prep necessary before your body wrap session.

Facial Rejuvenation Massage

30 minutes: $40
15 minutes: $20

The 15-minute session is a special add-on to another treatment session, the 30-minute session is a stand-alone full protocol for face, head & neck.

Using a combination of Gua Sha, Accupressure & Lymphatic Drainage techniques this treatment gently stimulates the flow of blood and lymph, stimulates the superficial connective tissue to promote collagen formation & improve skin elasticity, and works to release congestion in the sinuses. This is not a "facial" it does not cleanse the face or involve "skin care" products. I typically use Jojoba Oil for this treatment.

Rock N' Rain

60 minutes: $95

A powerful, non-invasive healing protocol using pure essential oils, warm packs, gentle rocking, reflexology & cranisacral balancing techniques. Designed to assist the body in finding structural & physical balance through the antiviral, antibacterial and anti-inflammatory action of the oils & supportive bodywork techniques. Creating opportunity for emotional release, relief from neck & back pain, increased immune system response and a general increase in health & well-being.

Swedish Massage

A part of my Integrated Session...

Swedish Massage is a very relaxing and therapeutic style of bodywork. It combines oils or lotion with an array of strokes such as rolling, kneading, and percussion to help the body improve its circulation. The benefits of this type of bodywork are wide-ranging and include relief from aches and pains, decreased stress levels in the body, enhanced mental clarity, improved appearance, and greater flexibility.

Trigger Point Therapy

A part of my Integrated Session...

Trigger Point Therapy is a style of bodywork that focuses on stimulating and releasing \"trigger points\" in your body. Trigger points are tender areas of tension similar to acupressure points, except they occur in the belly of the muscle rather than along the energy pathways of the body. These \"knots\" are built up throughout a person's life due to physical, mental, and/or emotional stress. During a session, focused pressure is applied through a variety of techniques order to release your trigger points. This process can be quite painful at times, yet the effects are lasting and profoundly transformative.

Myofascial Massage

A part of my Integrated Session...

Myofascial massage is a technique used to treat injuries and discomfort, reducing pain and increasing range of motion. Myofascial massage differs from other types of massage in that it targets the fascia - the membrane surrounding muscles - rather than the muscle itself. Since fascia completely encases every muscle in the body, imbalances in the fascia can have serious effects on your range of motion and comfort level. While other forms of massage can overlook the fascia, myofascial massage focuses specifically on releasing tension in this important membrane.

Cranial Sacral Balancing Therapy

Cranial Sacral Balancing Therapy is a gentle yet powerful technique that is effective in releasing neck pain, back pain, and mental stress (among other things). It does this by optimizing the movement of cerebrospinal fluid through the spine and around the skull. This therapy provides a very soothing and relaxing healing experience.

Energy Work

Energy work is working with the human Biofield or Life Force Energy. Most believe the body needs to maintain balance in this field for optimum health. Anytime you experience emotional or physical illness, it can indicate that your life force has become unbalanced. By working, with intent, directly with your energy field we restore balance and correct the flow of your energy system. The intention is that once your energy field has been restored to full health, your (physical/mental/emotional) body will follow.
